In 2005, chocolatier Bart Van Cauwenberghe from De Zwarte Vos, was appointed as “Ambassador of Belgian Chocolate”.
He earned this title thanks to the unique flavour combinations and textures of his chocolates. Now he shares his knowledge about chocolate through courses and demos all over the world.
